Architect

We are looking for an architect with three years of hands-on experience in architectural design, interior design, and construction documentation. The role requires advanced Revit skills, precise detailing, and a strong understanding of how design translates into accurate execution on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior designs from concept through detailed documentation.

• Build and develop Revit models and produce coordinated construction drawing sheets.

• Prepare precise architectural, interior, and finishing details, including joinery, ceilings, and flooring.

• Review dimensions, materials, and drawing consistency to ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and ready for execution.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and resolve design interfaces.

• Meet agreed delivery deadlines while maintaining drawing accuracy and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and three years of practical experience.

• MANDATORY: Advanced Revit proficiency is essential to apply.

• Demonstrated experience in interior design and preparation of interior construction drawings.

• Strong detailing skills, particularly in finishes, joinery, ceilings, and flooring.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Accuracy, accountability, and a professional approach to work.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
