Senior Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software development teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope and technical requirements.

Drive best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and development processes.

Mentor and develop team members while ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Requirements:

UAE National (Family Book required).

8–12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
