Procurement Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Executive to join our team on-site in Alexandria, Egypt. This is a high-impact role where you will take the lead in optimizing our Supply Chain and ensuring our large-scale projects have the resources they need to succeed.

The Role & Impact:

As our Procurement Executive, you will be the backbone of our material acquisition strategy. You will navigate the complexities of Import/Export, manage high-value Logistics, and leverage Odoo ERP to maintain a seamless flow of goods. Your ability to perform rigorous Cost Analysis and execute Strategic Sourcing will directly contribute to the profitability and excellence of our architectural and civil engineering ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full Purchasing lifecycle, from initial requisition to final delivery.
• Utilize Odoo ERP and advanced ERP Software to track orders and manage Inventory Management levels.
• Build and maintain robust Vendor Management systems, fostering long-term partnerships with global and local suppliers.
• Lead Negotiation efforts to secure competitive pricing and favorable Contract Management terms.
• Oversee complex Logistics and Import/Export documentation to ensure timely site deliveries.

• 3 to 7 years of solid experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain, preferably within the Construction, Civil, or Architecture sectors.
• Proven expertise in Odoo ERP or similar enterprise-level ERP Software.
• Advanced skills in Negotiation and Contract Management with a track record of cost-saving achievements.
• Comprehensive understanding of Logistics, Inventory Management, and Import/Export procedures.
• Strong background in Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Exceptional Cost Analysis capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Must be an Experienced professional ready to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt.
