Inventory Controller

Control and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), finished goods, equipment, and spare parts. Ensure all receiving, issuing, transfer, return, and inventory adjustment transactions are accurately recorded in the system and completed on time. Maintain equipment and spare-parts records, including storage location, quantity, condition, usage, and movement history. Conduct cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and prepare related inventory reports. Coordinate closely with PMC, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, QC, and Purchasing to support material availability, equipment readiness, traceability, and shipment requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Age: 25–35 years, or according to company policy.
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3. At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse control, material control, or a related position.
4. Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, FIFO (First In, First Out), cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
5. Proficient in ERP/WMS systems.
6. Good Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup formulas such as VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP.
7. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, analytical ability, and communication skills.
