Summary of the Role, Key Challenges, Key Success Factors

Ensure telecom equipment and systems healthiness, reliability, and integrity by carrying out the required health checks, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance in line with standard operating procedures. Respond to work requests/work orders in a timely manner as per work assignments from the Telecom Engineer.

What is the person expected to deliver in the first 6 to 12 months

Plan and manage all maintenance activities related to telecom systems including troubleshooting equipment failure/breakdown, conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures, and recommending resolutions in coordination with the Telecom Engineer and relevant stakeholders.

Instrument and control maintenance roles with experience in the following systems and functions:

Broadband system operation and maintenance

Broadcast system operation and maintenance

Network operation and maintenance

Telephony system operation and maintenance

Surveillance CCTV system operation and maintenance

Essential skills - Must haves:

Broadband system operation and maintenance (SDH, WDM, etc.)

Broadcast system operation and maintenance (PAGA system)
