System Administrator

AAB Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated System Administrator to join our growing team.

• Administer, maintain, and optimize company servers, network infrastructure, and end-user systems
• Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security configurations in accordance with company policies
• Implement and support backup procedures and disaster recovery processes
• Configure and maintain network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees across the organization
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure and services
• Maintain system documentation and support IT best practices
• Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, or technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and cybersecurity principles
• Experience working with network devices and enterprise IT environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• English proficiency is considered an advantage
