TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

Conduct site visits to perform inspections and obtain accurate actual measurements of areas where natural stone, marble, granite, quartz, or tiles will be installed.

Prepare detailed hand-drawn (pencil) sketches based on actual site measurements for endorsement to the AutoCAD team for drafting and layout preparation. Verify that all measurements are accurate, complete, and consistent with the project requirements before submission. Identify and report any site conditions, discrepancies, or potential installation issues that may affect fabrication or installation. Coordinate with clients, project engineers, contractors, and the installation team during site inspections to ensure all technical requirements are properly documented. Assist the AutoCAD team by clarifying measurement details, dimensions, and layout concerns whenever necessary. Prepare and submit complete measurement reports, sketches, and supporting documents within the required timeline. Ensure that all measuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated before use. Follow company standards, safety policies, and project specifications during site inspections. Maintain organized records of all site measurements, sketches, revisions, and project documentation. Assist the Operations, Production, and Installation teams by providing technical information related to measurements and site conditions. Perform re-measurements or verification visits whenever revisions or changes are required Monitor project schedules and ensure that site measurements are completed on time to avoid delays in production and installation. Immediately report any issues, delays, or unforeseen site conditions to the immediate supervisor. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time in support of the company's operations.

Qualifications/Requirements: ✅ Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field ✅ Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design/drafting software
