African Chef

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of African meals. Ensure meals are consistently prepared to standard. Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen. Monitor inventory and reduce food wastage. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an African Chef. Excellent knowledge of Nigerian and African cuisine. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and teamwork skills. Culinary certification is an added advantage.
