Responsabilities

Learn the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to production and post-production

Receiving briefs from the accounts team and assisting in the construction of the production brief

Searching, under supervision, for suppliers tailored to the project's needs

Managing, under supervision, the project's requirements (reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles)

Assisting in the supervision of production on set

Overseeing, under guidance, the editing, assembly, and post-production of the production

Learning to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team

Requirements

Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar

Knowledge and good manage of Photoshop and Premiere

Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.)

Budgeting knowledge

How to create a brief

Global management of a production

Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.)

Contacting suppliers

Understanding the business of production companies

Learning about advertising law
