Supply Chain intern

Position: Supply Chain Intern (Ladies Only)

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will gain practical experience while assisting the supply chain team in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in procurement and supplier follow-up. Support inventory management and stock reconciliation. Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records. Assist in receiving, issuing, and tracking inventory. Support logistics and delivery coordination. Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reports. Perform data entry and generate weekly/monthly reports. Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Female applicants only. KCSE mean grade of C+ (Plus) or above. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
