Work Global Careers Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate company for experienced and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting real estate products, generating and converting leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities and qualified sales leads. Market and promote real estate properties to potential clients. Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and client follow-up reports. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns. Prepare regular sales performance reports. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales or property marketing . Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and client relationship management abilities. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid passport is required; USA Visa will be an added advantage.
