Engage prospects briefly and identify those who are open to a consultation. Arrange appointments for our financial consultants. Confirm appointment details and follow up where required. Update call outcomes and appointment records accurately. Work according to approved calling scripts and company guidelines. Requirements Good telephone communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls. Able to follow scripts and communicate clearly Positive, responsible and willing to learn. Telemarketing, customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not required . Training and scripts will be provided.
