M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

Ensure that M&E specifications and contractual requirements are complied accordingly throughout the project progress

Liasie with respective consultants and client on the intended designs and resolve technical M&E matters

Coordinate with other disciplines on site such as Architectural & Structural teams on design and project schedule

Manage M&E subcontractors alongside with Site engineers and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project

Produce M&E coordination drawings to other teams for submissions

Assist with all on site M&E related coordination works and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with requirements & drawings

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry

or

Degree in local universities in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects
