WalkMe is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to design test scenarios, execute manual test plans, and develop and maintain automated tests for our web applications. We're looking for curious, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy solving complex challenges and driving quality throughout the development lifecycle. What You'll Own: Design, plan, and execute QA test plans and test cases for complex web applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end, regression, and sanity tests, while identifying gaps in automation coverage.
Perform thorough manual testing to validate new features, assess release readiness, and ensure an outstanding user experience.
Investigate, reproduce, and help troubleshoot product quality issues to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
Review and validate product functionality before production releases.
Verify software updates, bug fixes, and patches to ensure quality and stability.
What You Need to Succeed: 3+ years of QA experience in both automation and manual testing, including 2+ years in manual testing of complex web applications across multiple platforms for customer-facing products.
Experience with Testim.io and Playwright - big advantage.
Familiarity with QA methodologies and writing test documentation.
Experience with DevTools (Console, Network).
Experience with databases (SQL).
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the client-server model.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on the bigger picture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take a task from definition to completion.
Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to identify what needs to be done and drive it forward.
A hands-on team player who takes initiative, cares deeply about the product, and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent English - writing and speaking.
