QUANTITY SURVEY MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and project budgets for renovation and interior works.
• Carry out quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate and compare material and subcontractor prices.
• Monitor project costs and ensure works are within the approved budget.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements when required.
• Maintain proper project costing and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Building or related field.
• Relevant experience in renovation, interior fit-out or construction industry preferred.
• Able to read drawings and perform quantity take-off.
• Knowledge of construction materials and costing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
