Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Audit existing business workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and re-engineer processes to eliminate waste, reduce turnaround times, and boost productivity. Act as the primary troubleshooter for operational roadblocks, resolving escalated issues swiftly to keep projects and daily tasks moving without disruption. Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics for departments and team members, tracking progress and driving accountability. Bridge communication gaps between different departments (e.g., finance, logistics, customer service, and sales) to ensure seamless collaboration and shared goal alignment. Oversee the efficient distribution of company resources, tools, and personnel to match fluctuating operational demands. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Draft, implement, and update comprehensive SOPs to ensure operational consistency, smooth onboarding, and high quality control across all business units. Continuous Improvement: Research industry best practices, automation tools, and management methodologies to continuously modernize the company's operating infrastructure.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field (an MBA or professional management certification is an added advantage). A minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in operations management, process engineering, or project management, with a demonstrable track record of troubleshooting complex bottlenecks and scaling systems. Advanced proficiency in productivity tools, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or Jira), and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets). Familiarity with business automation tools and workflow mapping methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile principles).
