Compensation: The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is based on place of residence, years of licensure, and level, as assessed during interviews. About You
Independently licensed in Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
At least six months of teletherapy experience
Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
About the Role
Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
Maintain a 40 working hour per week schedule (structured as a 45-hour week to include a daily 1-hour lunch), with a caseload of ~25 attended sessions and/or assessments for new clients per week (schedule approx. 29 to account for cancellations)
Hours are Monday through Friday, with the work week spread across five days. Session hours are available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST
Use client data to guide treatment adjustments, while ensuring all progress notes and documentation strictly comply with HIPAA and state regulations
Collaborate with therapy & psychiatric providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
Willing and able to be cross-licensed in other states. Two Chairs will cover the entire cost.
