Manufacturing Assembler (Wire Harness)

Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler (Wire Harness) Location: Chandler, AZ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed) Pay: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)

About the Role

C.E. Precision Assemblies (CEPA), a Trexon company, is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers to support our growing aerospace and defense programs.

This role is responsible for building high-quality wire harnesses and assemblies used in critical applications. We are open to both experienced technicians and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn a skilled trade.

What You’ll Do

Assemble wire harnesses and components using hand tools and equipment

Follow work instructions, drawings, and production travelers

Perform tasks such as crimping, stripping, routing, labeling, and soldering

Inspect your own work to ensure quality and compliance

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

For Experienced Candidates:

Previous wire harness assembly, electronics assembly, or soldering experience

Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and/or J-STD-001 (preferred, not required)

Ability to read drawings and follow detailed instructions

For Entry-Level Candidates:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic Requirements (All Candidates)

Ability to read and understand basic work instructions

Ability to use basic measuring tools (ruler, tape measure, etc.)

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
