Your tasks

Join a growing cafe operator as an Assistant Manager, leading by example to deliver excellent beverage preparation, staff training, operational support, and customer engagement.

• Prepare beverages and drinks accurately following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality
• Train and mentor new staff to build team capability and maintain service standards
• Perform hands-on duties during peak hours to support smooth cafe operations
• Conduct back-end recording and data tabulation using Excel during off-peak hours to maintain accurate operational records
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and cafe premises to uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment
• Engage with customers by providing friendly service and making menu recommendations to enhance their experience
