Maintenance worker

Purpose of the role: To ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth daily operations for customers and staff by maintaining the condition and cleanliness of the company's property, equipment, and outdoor areas.

Main responsibilities:

• Customer safety and outdoor areas: Daily cleaning of yard and parking areas, winter snow removal, and active slip prevention to guarantee a safe environment for visitors.
• Property technology and repairs: Monitoring the operation of technical equipment in customer and workspaces, performing basic maintenance, and handling everyday minor repairs with a fast response time.

• Annual maintenance management: Monitoring and executing the property's planned annual maintenance (e.g., ventilation, filter changes, fire safety equipment), and coordinating potential external maintenance services.
• Cleaning and maintaining tidiness: Cleaning and organizing tasks in common areas together with other staff.

• Other operational activities: Other duties specifically assigned by the employer/supervisor (e.g., receiving goods, moving furniture, and assisting customers or other staff in everyday situations).
