Production Engineer

-Operate and monitor production lines, machinery, and equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations. -Monitor critical process parameters, including temperature and pressure, and take corrective actions when necessary. -Supervise the addition of chemicals to reactors in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring safe handling and preventing any leakage. -Verify the availability of raw materials and required quantities to maintain continuous production. -Collect samples from reactors at different production stages and coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure compliance with quality standards. -Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) team to support production trials and process improvement initiatives. -Organize and manage shift operations, coordinating team activities to achieve production targets efficiently and in line with management instructions. -Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, as well as company quality policies. -Prepare production reports and promptly report operational issues, recommending corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.

-Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, with a major in Chemistry or a related field. -2–4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. -Experience in the solvents industry is highly preferred. -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication abilities.
