Candidate requirements:

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, HR or outsourced services.
• Able to prospect, call decision-makers, attend meetings, prepare proposals and close contracts.

• Evidence of deals personally closed, with references we can verify.
• Comfortable using a CRM and working alongside our AI agents.
