This position reports to the : Head of Logistics Services

To drive operational excellence and strategic growth within the TFS courier and TFS On-demand service divisions by implementing innovative projects that expand service offerings, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance client experience. This role serves as a key catalyst for analyzing data trends, leading continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating seamless client onboarding, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to maximize TFS network performance and market expansion.

Your responsibilities can include:

Project Implementation: Lead and execute strategic projects within the TFS courier and TFS On-demand space to enhance service capabilities and market reach

Service Expansion: Identify, develop, and implement new service offerings to meet evolving market demands and client requirements

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational and performance data trends to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement

Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement improvement projects across TFS operations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality

Client Onboarding: Manage and streamline the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration and optimal service delivery

Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to identify areas of improvement, implement solutions, and ensure operational excellence

Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication channels and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles

Process Standardization: Investigate, establish, and implement standardized resources and procedures across the TFS network

Cross-functional Optimization: Collaborate with various departments to optimize delivery lead-times, logistics costs, and overall operational efficiency

Compliance & Standards: Support the development and improvement of health and safety plans, programs, and procedures within TFS operations

Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, courier services, or on-demand delivery operations

2+ years of hands-on project management experience with demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements

Previous experience in courier, e-commerce fulfillment, or last-mile delivery operations highly preferred

Experience working with data analytics tools and interpreting operational KPIs and metrics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis

Basic understanding of logistics management systems

Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization tools

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments

Background in continuous improvement methodologies

Previous exposure to multi-stakeholder project environments

Experience with cost analysis and budget management for operational projects

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives

Previous experience managing external vendor or client relationships

Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage complex projects from conception to implementation with measurable outcomes

Analytical Capabilities: Advanced quantitative analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation, management metrics, and cost accounting principles

Stakeholder Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external clients, and cross-functional stakeholders

Problem-Solving Acumen: Ability to interpret complex operational environments, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change

Adaptability & Resilience: High degree of personal motivation, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving business environments

Client-Focused Mindset: Understanding of client needs and market dynamics in the courier and on-demand service sectors
