About the role:
The Procurement and Hardware Executive will join our Regional TabSquare Finance and Procurement team to work in a fast-paced environment for physical handling and tracking of fixed assets and inventory, procurement activities and support hardware-related matters. The candidate will work physically from the office and storeroom in Singapore. The candidate will report to the Head of Finance in Singapore and be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Inventory and internal hardware management
- Maintain inventory control / asset tagging / scrap equipment
- Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software of the organization
- Perform receiving of inventory and checking of inventory to ensure that items are received in good condition - Any other inventory or hardware related matters that may arise
Procurement Activities
- Liaising with internal teams to forecast and procure hardware and software across all Tabsquare entities.
- Be the point of contact for day to day procurement activities, managing and resolving any outstanding issues that may arise
- Managing inbound and outbound courier services of hardware, equipment and mails (including payment of custom taxes)
- Printing, scanning and filing of documents
- Responsible for ad-hoc support at the Singapore office and storeroom
