Synergy Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Carpenter to join our team. We work on a variety of commercial, civil, infrastructure, and development projects throughout Saskatchewan and are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform a variety of carpentry duties on commercial and other construction projectsConstruct, install, and repair framing, blocking, doors, hardware, finishes, and other building componentsRead and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layout informationAssist with site layout, material installation, and general construction activitiesWork safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanshipCollaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to complete projectsMaintain a clean and organized work areaTravel to project sites as requiredPerform other construction-related duties as assigned Qualifications Journeyperson Carpenter, registered apprentice, or equivalent construction experienceWorking knowledge of construction methods, materials, and job site practicesAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a teamValid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation (G endorsement a bonus)Physically capable of performing construction work in varying weather conditions What we offer Competitive wages based on experience and qualificationsExtended health and dental benefits available following the applicable eligibility period under the company benefits planDiverse and challenging projectsSupportive team environmentOpportunities for training, advancement, and career growth
