Requirements
Whether you're looking for a flexible side hustle, additional income, or a long-term coaching pathway, we have opportunities available for different coaching backgrounds and experience levels. Students are welcome to apply.
✅ Proficient in at least 2 of the 4 basic strokes (Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle, Butterfly) for In-House Coach Pathway ✅ Enjoy interacting with children and adults ✅ Comfortable working outdoors and in the pool ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Responsible, reliable, proactive, and independent ✅ Able to commit long-term preferred
