Your tasks

• Supervise reservations accuracy, conversion, confirmations and inventory coordination.

Requirements

• Hospitality/business qualification preferred
• 2+ years of front office experience.

Technical Competencies

• Opera PMS and reservation systems
• Rate loading and confirmations
• Upselling and forecasting support
• Communication.
