Digital Content Anchor (Hindi & English) Company: Stable Money Location: Bangalore (On-site) Job Type: Full-time About the Role Stable Money is looking for a dynamic, self-sufficient Digital Content Anchor to lead and grow our Instagram and YouTube channels. You will be the face and voice of our brand, owning the content lifecycle from ideation to production. Your mission is to build deep trust with our audience while driving views, engagement, and community growth through high-quality video content in both Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities Channel Ownership & Growth: Drive channel strategy to hit performance targets for views, engagement rates, and audience trust. Content Project Management: Build comprehensive content plans, maintain strict content calendars, and ensure consistent execution. Data-Driven Iteration: Track video performance metrics and apply key data learnings to refine future scripts and content ideas. On-Camera Hosting: Present short-form Instagram Reels, long-form YouTube videos, and community content with clarity and high energy. Content Ideation & Scripting: Pitch creative concepts and write scripts tailored to current financial trends and platform algorithms. End-to-End Production: Manage pre-production and production independently, including planning shoots, setting up equipment, and filming. Asset Management: Organize raw footage and seamlessly hand over files to the video editing team. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a digital creator, anchor, or video journalist with a strong portfolio of published video work. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to organize content pipelines, manage calendars, and run data loops to scale digital properties. Audience Building Track Record: Highly preferred if you have successfully scaled your personal social media channels and possess a deep, first-hand understanding of growth levers and the creator journey. Niche Expertise: Strong understanding of personal finance, banking, or fintech content. Prior experience in the finance niche is highly preferred. Language Proficiency: Complete fluency and professional communication skills in both Hindi and English. Production Literacy: Hands-on experience setting up basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment for independent shoots. Technical Skills: Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) are a strong plus.
