Construction site Manager

Description:

1. Site Supervision: Manage daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to project plans and specifications.

1. Manpower Management: Coordinate workers, subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors to ensure efficient site operations.

1. Safety Management: Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.

1. Quality Control: Ensure all construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

1. Project Scheduling: Monitor work progress and ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline.

1. Material and Equipment Management: Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.

1. Coordination: Liaise with the client, consultants, engineers, and relevant authorities regarding site matters.

1. Inspection and Reporting: Attend site inspections, resolve site issues, and prepare daily progress reports.

1. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve site difficulties, delays, and technical issues.

1. Housekeeping: Maintain good site cleanliness, proper storage, and an orderly working environment.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

Familiar with relevant health and safety regulations and able to ensure compliance on-site

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
