FP&A Analyst

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance analysis. Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and provide insights to support business decisions. Participate in global productivity and cost optimization initiatives, including financial tracking, performance monitoring, and project coordination. Support cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency, financial improvements, and organizational changes. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting. Contribute to process improvements, reporting efficiency, and data quality. Support additional FP&A activities and business projects according to evolving organizational prioritie

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. Advanced Excel skills and good proficiency in PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally.

High level of English proficiency Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
