Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Senior Paralegal Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire Working Arrangement: Permanent homeworking available following an initial training and probationary period Hours: 35 hours per week Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience The Opportunity We are working with a well-established legal practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal to join its growing private client team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a varied caseload, with a particular focus on probate, complex Wills and estate planning . You will be expected to manage matters independently from initial instruction through to completion, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the department. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the continued development and growth of the private client team, including supporting business development initiatives and helping shape the future direction of the department. Key Areas of Work The role will involve advising clients and preparing documentation across a broad range of private client matters, including: Complex and bespoke Wills Probate and estate administration Powers of Attorney Court of Protection matters Trusts Estate and succession planning Inheritance Tax and wealth planning Related private client advice About You To be considered, you should have at least 4 years' experience handling a broad range of private client matters, with demonstrable experience of managing probate, trusts and complex Wills from start to finish with minimal supervision .
