Cleaning Supervisor (North)

Key Responsibilities Assign daily tasks and coordinate work schedules for all cleaning staff. Inspect cleaned areas regularly to ensure compliance with company and hygiene standards. Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new cleaners on proper cleaning methods and equipment use. Check that all cleaning tools and machines are safe and well-maintained. Report low stock levels of chemicals and materials to management. Listen to client requests or feedback on-site, share them with the team, and ensure proper follow-up. Enforce all workplace health and safety rules and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, with some supervisory or lead experience. Strong leadership, clear communication, and basic problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with professional cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety regulations (such as proper dilutions and PPE use). Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift equipment for extended periods. Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
