Content & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Manage content calendars for Instagram (Story, Feed, and Reels) : Decide what gets posted and when, across all brands. Schedule shoot days, coordinate with KOLs/talent on which dates they're shooting.
• Collaborate with the creative team : to shape video ideas and storylines -- you're not doing this solo, you're in the room making sure concepts actually fit the calender, the brand, and what's trending
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate and manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and content partners
• Monitor social media accounts for potential platform violations, copyright issues, or guideline breaches
• Look at what's working and what's flopping per brand, and actually use that to make the next thing better
• Keep the brand's characters and content style consistent across everything we put out
• Turn ideas into shootable content

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience managing Social Media/Content/Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
• Experience managing influencer/KOL collaborations or marketing campaigns
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Good communication and project coordination skills
• Good at working with other creatives (scriptwriters, editors)
• Comfortable juggling multiple brand voices at once, and comfortable with a bit of chaos
• Passion for gaming or familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus
• 18-25 years old
• Based in Tangerang
