Director, AI & Data CoE

The Director, AI & Data CoE exists to operate the Group's AI and Data Centre of Excellence as a high performing, delivery-oriented engine. This role translates Group Data & AI strategy into consistent execution, scalable delivery, and measurable outcomes across the operating companies. The role is execution-first: running the factory that delivers AI, data, and analytics value at scale. Without this position, the CoE risks operating as a loose collection of squads with inconsistent delivery, weak reuse, and limited cross-OpCo scaling, undermining the CSIO operating model and the commercial proposition of Pulse.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with IT focus, or related field.

10+ years of experience in delivery management, programme management or AI/Data operations.

5–7 years of experience leading multi-squad delivery organizations.

Proven experience managing an AI, Data or Analytics CoE or equivalent delivery organization at scale.

Strong experience in end-to-end delivery, capacity planning, resource allocation and quality management.

Proven track record in developing reusable IP and scaling solutions across multiple operating companies.

Experience in a services environment, with strong Agile delivery expertise and knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana or equivalent tools.

Professional working proficiency in English; French is an advantage
