Tax Accountant (Junior Consultant)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high accuracy in inputting and reconciling accounting data for complex clients (bills, invoices, bank statements, and other accounts).
• Support the preparation and delivery of client deliverables (tax summary, payroll, CIT, VAT) with accuracy and on-time completion.
• Assist in preparing responses to tax letters, tax audits requirements, and external audit requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with third parties (Tax auditor, External auditor, bank and others)
• Perform data mapping and financial report preparation with accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate proactively with clients independently and maintain professional correspondence in English.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Delegate and follow up on tasks clearly to achieve team goals with minimal rework.
• Support the development of interns and junior team members through guidance and mentoring.
• Analyze and solve moderately complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, tax, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in an accounting and/or tax
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to coordinate with a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and accounting/tax systems.
• A proactive learner with a positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong sense of initiative and discipline.
