Server (Pramusaji)

Job Requirement:

• Experience as server in the hospitality industry.
• Undestanding Food & Beverages Health and Safety.
• Have strong Interpersonal, Communication, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, and Teamwork

Job Responsibility:

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and chairs throughout the day.
• Greet, introduce products and serve customers according to the standards. Proactive and sensitive in handling customer concerns.
• Maintain good relations with colleagues and communicate specific customer needs to relevant parties (bar or kitchen).
• Ensure customer experiences procedures base on SOS and SOP.
• Performs any other assignments as defined by the needs for the operation and/or as directed by superior.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
