Cashier (Bumi Aki Puncak)

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive guest experience
• Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payment transactions using the POS system
• Process customer orders promptly and correctly
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding areas
• Assist in packaging takeaway orders
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Inform customers of current promotions or special offers
• Handle customer queries and escalate complaints when necessary
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, ideally in F&B
• Basic math and computer/POS skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
