Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to drive performance.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.

Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and client retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 350,000 Monthly
