Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met Provide product/service information to customers as required Follow up on customer feedback to improve service delivery
Requirements
Minimum of an OND in any relevant field 1–2 years experience in a customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite Must reside in or very close to Ojodu or its environs Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
