Recruitment Coordinator

Design and execute sourcing plans that bring in qualified candidates .

Utilize channels, social , referrals, and local hiring events to reach diverse pools of talent.

Continuously develop a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates for frequent openings.

Schedule interviews, send confirmation emails, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.

Manage offer letters, pre-employment checks.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and local F&B regulations .

4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or F&B.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage diverse candidates.

Experience working with applicant tracking systems.

Knowledge of hourly and shift-based hiring best practices.

Organized, fast-paced, and responsive — especially during seasonal or expansion hiring.
