Medical Representative

Job Title: Medical Representative Department: Marketing / Sales Company: Ora Medical Services – OraScan Work Locations: Minya | Mallawi | Job Purpose: To represent OraScan professionally in the assigned territory, build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and potential clients, and promote OraScan’s dental radiology services to achieve business and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to dentists, dental clinics, medical professionals, and potential clients within the assigned territory.

Introduce and promote OraScan’s dental radiology services and explain the benefits and available services professionally.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the assigned area.

Follow up with clients and healthcare professionals to maintain continuous engagement.

Achieve assigned visits, calls, and business development targets .

Prepare and submit daily reports covering field visits, calls, client feedback, and activities.

Maintain accurate records of clients, visits, follow-ups, and opportunities.

Monitor market activities and competitors and report relevant information to the Marketing Manager.

Communicate clients’ feedback, inquiries, and requirements to the concerned departments.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure proper follow-up and customer service.

Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives when required.

Manage assigned territory and daily schedule efficiently.

Represent OraScan professionally and maintain the company’s image during all field activities.

Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine .

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good command of English .

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Previous experience in medical promotion is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

Strong presentation and negotiation skills .
