Associate ERP Solution Specialist - Integration

Your tasks

The associate ERP solutions specialist is responsible for implementing ERP applications, configuring system settings, and assisting in business requirement analysis under the guidance of senior professionals. Supports post-implementation processes, creates documentation, builds know-how, and troubleshoots basic issues. Develops knowledge in ERP modules and provides periodic reports to stakeholders.

• Assist in developing and maintaining system integrations between ERP applications and third-party solutions.
• Support data migration and ETL processes, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
• Document integration workflows and best practices for future reference.
• Participate in system testing and validation for newly developed integrations.
• Provide different ERP implementation deliverables, including solution documents, user guides, test scripts, and other necessary documentation.
• Configure and implement application setup at various project stages in alignment with business requirements, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or any related field.
• Excellent English skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, APIs, and data integration concepts.
• Knowledge in ERP is a plus.
