What You’ll Get to Do

The Maintenance Technician is focused on working as a team as well as being able to work independently, while being willing to train and learn additional areas as needed. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

This role is perfect for an individual who:

Always works in a safe manner and identifies safety hazards

Conducts themselves professionally throughout the workday

Can take care of tasks and assigned work with little or no supervision

Job Responsibilities Include

Perform maintenance on assigned production machinery, including analyzing and diagnosing issues

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and CNC equipment

Turn in problems with equipment that needs repair on PMs

Help others with problems when needed

Read and interpret electrical prints and wiring diagrams

Troubleshoot PLC faults (OEM‑locked systems; programming not required)

Perform point‑to‑point wiring when needed

Work safely in a non‑climate‑controlled environment (temperatures may exceed 100°F)

Train on day shift for onboarding before moving to swing shift if applicable

What We Are Looking For

Able to wire motors, motor starters, relays, and other electrical equipment, including Variable Frequency Drives, with little or no assistance

Strong low‑voltage electrical cabinet experience (24V, 110V) and understanding of 480V three‑phase

Able to troubleshoot most problems using electrical prints

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in pneumatics (hydraulics a plus)

CNC knowledge beyond basic operation—understanding machine function and downstream impact

PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar)

Spanish fluency is a plus
