People & Culture Manager

Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Design and improve HR policies, procedures, and organizational structure.

Build performance management and KPI frameworks across all departments.

Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.

Develop employee engagement, retention, and succession planning programs.

Oversee recruitment activities for retail stores and head office.

Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to support executive decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation of HR processes.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.

Previous experience in Retail or Fashion Retail is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.

Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent English communication skills.
