As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and delivery teams to understand challenges, define requirements, and ensure that the solutions we build create real business value.

In this role, you will Collaborate with the client to grasp their business needs and processes

Define and clarify project requirements by shaping them into valuable documentation

Clarify andvalidate requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle

Foster close collaboration with the project team to ensure they understand the scope and together identify the most optimal solution

Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables

Ensure effective communication of the client's needs to the project team and verify that the developed solution aligns with the prepared business analysis requirements

What you will bring At least 2 years of professional experience in business analysis within software or information systems development

Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements elicitation techniques, and documentation practices

Ability to translate business needs into actionable software development requirements

Hands-on experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating requirements

Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA

Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other software delivery methodologies

A proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure project and team success

Fluency in English and Lithuanian

Following experience we consider as an advantage Experience in the medical domain and/or 3D modelling projects

Salary range: € 3040 - 4400 gross / month
