  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support multi-entity consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense allocations.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.
  • Support external audits and tax filings by preparing schedules and documentation.
  • Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to ensure accurate reporting of corporate activity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate or management company accounting, with a background in audit or a related role.
  • Experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting.
  • Strong command of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Business Central, plus advanced Excel skills.
  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to work across various finance functions.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • CPA preferred.
