Quality Lab Engineer

We’re Hiring | Quality Lab Engineer

Nefertari Company is looking for a Quality Lab Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and laboratory testing for wiring devices and protection devices.
• Perform product tests in accordance with applicable IEC Standards, specifications, and approved test procedures.
• Prepare and verify laboratory test setups and equipment.
• Record, analyze, and evaluate test results.
• Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities and test failures.
• Prepare accurate test reports and quality records.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to laboratory and product quality issues.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Support the development and improvement of laboratory procedures and testing methods.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure product conformity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Laboratory Testing.
• Good knowledge of IEC Standards and electrical product testing.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
