Junior Associate / Associate Corporate & M&A

Key Responsibilities

Support Partners and Senior Lawyers in handling corporate, compliance and M&A matters.

Assist with M&A transactions, legal due diligence and transaction documentation.

Advise and support clients on corporate structures, investment/business licenses and foreign investment matters.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports and legal documents.

Work closely with Japanese and Vietnamese lawyers and coordinate with the...

Vietnamese-qualified Lawyer.

Business-level English.

Strong interest in Corporate Compliance and M&A.

Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Freshly qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.

Experience with Japanese clients or foreign-invested companies is a plus.

Japanese language ability is an advantage but not required.
