Your tasks

• Coordinate project activities from planning to final delivery.
• Work closely with developers, designers, testers, and business analysts.
• Understand technical requirements, development processes, and project dependencies.
• Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and team tasks.
• Communicate project updates, blockers, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in requirement analysis, task allocation, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
• Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining project quality.
• Coordinate client communication and clarify technical requirements with the development team.
• Monitor bugs, testing, feedback, and deployment activities.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a strong understanding of software development and prior hands-on experience as a Developer

Job Description We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a strong understanding of software development and prior hands-on experience as a Developer. The ideal candidate should understand the complete software development lifecycle and be capable of coordinating between clients, developers, testers, and management to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• -4 years of total experience in software development and project coordination.
• Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer is preferred.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic knowledge of web or mobile application development.
• Understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using project management and task-tracking tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and coordinate with developers effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who has worked as a developer and now wants to move into project coordination or project management, combining technical knowledge with team coordination and delivery responsibilities.
