3D DESIGNER

ABOUT THE ROLE

MONARQ Consultancy is looking for a smart, creative, and fast-learning 3D Designer to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of experience who has a strong eye for design, good 3D skills, and the ability to turn ideas and briefs into strong visual concepts.

You’ll work alongside experienced creative professionals on events, exhibitions, activations, and experiential projects, with plenty of room to learn, develop, and grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop 3D concepts and visualizations for events, exhibitions, booths, and activations.
  • Translate creative ideas and client briefs into compelling 3D designs.
  • Create and develop 3D models, layouts, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the creative and business development teams to develop client solutions.
  • Respond quickly to feedback and produce design iterations efficiently.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance the design process and improve speed and creativity.
  • Research references, materials, trends, and creative ideas to continuously improve your work.

Subject: 3D Designer

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5 years of experience in 3D Design, Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of 3ds Max.
  • Preferably strong knowledge of SketchUp.
  • Good understanding of 3D modeling, materials, lighting, and visualization.
  • Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
  • Smart, fast, proactive, and able to develop ideas quickly.
  • Good understanding and practical use of AI tools in the design process.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  • A strong portfolio is preferred.
